How to Renew Your Services for 2025:

1. Click here to Log in to your customer portal.
   • If you haven’t already, you’ll be prompted to verify your email. (You’ll receive an email to complete this step.)
   • Moving forward, you’ll use your email address instead of your user code, with the same password.
2. Go to Main Menu > Billing and click Make a Prepayment.
3. Enter your total Prepayment or Monthly Installment amount.
4. Choose your credit card on file or enter a new one.
5. Click Use for Future Payments (or similar) to save the card.
6. Click Prepay to complete your payment.
7. Look out for a confirmation email. A Customer Service Rep will follow up to confirm your services.
